Neither full of joy nor accepting utter darkness, the artist glimpses the passing of life with the eagerness of a keen observer of the living, within which lies the glory of the ages.
The eternal cyclic renewal is at the center of the works of Hadis Fakhr. For her, life is like a coin spinning on its edges. Chaos and order are two sides of the same coin. And while spinning, they merge too. Thus creation begins. On one side, light and sparkle are symbols of femininity and chaos. On the other side, there is the darkness, tranquil and tenacious.
By declaring that White is a place where nothing is created, the artist captures these fragile, almost ethereal creatures that, at the same time, are capable of an incredibly destructive force, creating a series of works that seem to be a cabinet for a collection of curiosities and rarities.
The playful elements of this series, and the charm of this magical, dreamy world, invite viewers to embrace the imaginative and illusory power of artistic creation. The works touch on the intricate relationship that exists between reality and fiction, all played on a sense of the marvelous, and are successful in their claim to make the ordinary extraordinary and to encourage the viewer to participate in magic; this is the materialization of a dream which is caught and revealed.

Hadis Fakhr is a supreme storyteller.
